Beyonce Speaks On Billboard Music Awards Performance Controversy
Beyonce delivered a memorable performance Sunday at the Billboard Music Awards. Though after, international eyebrows were raised. The inspiration behind the visuals and plot of the performance comes from that of Italian pop singer Lorella Cuccerini. When critics called it a rip-off Beyonce acknowledges the direct influence of Cuccerini’s performance.
In an interview with AOL Music Beyonce opened up and explains her side of things, “My makeup artist showed me the performance of Lorella Cuccarini a year ago, and it inspired me so much…I then met with the talented people who worked on it. The technology and concept were so genius. Thank god for YouTube or I would have never been exposed to something so inspiring. I never worked so hard on anything in my life as that performance for the Billboard Awards.”

Cranium Accessory Of The Week: Staple New Era Caps x New York Cosmos
Commemorating the revival of the world-famous soccer club, The New York Cosmos has teamed up with Staple Design to release a limited edition collection of New Era 59FIFTY fitted caps. The caps come in three colorways, featuring the Cosmos logo on the front, Staple logo on the side and five gold stars embroidered on the back calling out the club’s five NASL championships in white (1972, 1977, 1978, 1980, 1982).Championship years on the back.
