Sunday night, July 25, The Gorillaz performed in Damascus, Syria. The great performance was recorded live in the Damascus Citadel which is over a thousand years old. Special guest performers ranging from De La Soul,Mick Jones of the Clash, Bobby Womack, Paul Simonon as well as rappers from across the atlantic Bashy and Kano of the UK, NPR Music captured the entire performance for the obvious bunch of us who were not in attendance.
