After a short lived career in a band called Darlin’ Laurent Brancowitz joined his brother Christian Mazzalai in Phoenix. The other two members of Darlin’ Thomas Bangalter, and Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo, formed a group called Daft Punk in 1993.
