Remember the Breakfast Club, and Pretty in Pink, well check out Phoenix and their song “lisztomania”, set to the Brat Pack 80’s movie scenes. This mash-up is pretty good but not the official video for the French band, who stars Laurent Brancowitz a guitarist whose proclaim of fame was the foundation and influence for the creation of the group Daft Punk. Brancowitz joined Pheonix late after a short lived band called Darlin’ with Thomas Bangalter and Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo, who eventually became the notable Daft Punk. Lisztomania is a 2009 single for the group who is on tour now. This video is a great way to show a song visually, although probably made by a fan check out 1:01 into it, lol does Duckie Dale from from Pretty in Pink know the words?
