Pharrell To Launch Billionaire Girls Club, Working On A Book
Pharrell Williams’ schedule is pretty booked these days, that won’t stop him from penning a book and launching a sister line to his Billionaire Boys Club line. While the latter won’t be ready till spring 2013 pieces will be released between now and its launch. No word if this will also be financially backed by Jay-Z who partnered with Pharrell for BBC this past summer. According to WWD, Pharrell will be working on a book with Ambra Medda (Co-founder and director of Design Miami and Design Miami/Basel) titled Places & Spaces I’ve Been. Safe to say you will enter the world of Pharrell Williams, his travels, and endeavors.

Jay-Z & Kanye West Perform “Otis” Live At The 2011 MTV VMA’s
The Throne decided to make a trip to the VMA stage. Performing “Otis” minus their super-maybach early in the program, too early in my opinion. Noticed someone ran up on Yeezy during the performance, c’mon Jay you were suppose to murk em’.

Video: Kanye West x Jay-Z – Otis
Jay-Z and Kanye West gave us a look at The Throne, now snap out of it and check out their new video for the Otis Redding sampled, “Otis.” With Spike Jonze in the directors chair, Jay and Ye’ take a custom car for a spin while spitting in front of mural depicting the single’s artwork. The vehicle used in the video will be offered up for auction. Proceeds will be donated towards the East African drought disaster.

RZA Opens Up On ‘Watch The Throne’
The most anticipated August Release, Watch The Throne seems to be a meeting of the minds. One of those minds who had a production hand in the project, RZA spoke to Rolling Stone to discuss his role producing, Watch the Throne.
“I’m really honored to be a part of the project. These two are obviously very capable in their own right, so to include me in this classic project is a testament of how much respect we share for one another. Kanye asked me to send tracks while they were in Australia, I just thought I would send some shit that would be rugged. I know they can find the poppy, hip-hop places, but I wanted to send them some real edgy shit. Apparently they thought they were great – Kanye said, ‘Send some more of that Wu shit!’”
